3. Prices & Payment
- All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers.
- For international orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These must be paid by the customer.
- Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Credit Card, and other secure payment gateways available at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide.
- Free standard shipping is available for all orders within Germany.
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Delivery times:
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Worldwide: 7–20 business days
- Please note: Delays caused by customs or external couriers are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned goods.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
6. Warranty
- All our instruments are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
